The Team

Tshegofatso Bogatsu

Founder & HR Consultant

With almost two decades of working experience, the 10 years in HR comprise recruitment and selection of graduate/entry-level to specialist roles; learning and development at graduate/entry-level to specialist roles; personnel administration; onboarding & induction; performance monitoring & evaluation as well as compliance to HR standards, best practices, employment legislation & good governance.

My qualifications are a B Com degree, a B Com Honours degree (both specialising in Industrial & Organisational Psychology), and a short course in Human Resources Management.

I'm a member of the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) as well as a member of the South African Career Development Association (SACDA)
